So I guess the question I get asked the most is a good place to start, “WHAT IS PALEO??” 

The Basic answer to this is that Paleo Lifestyle is based on eating how the first recorded humans on earth ate, Cavemen! In some shape or form…


I believe that the high level of obesity, heart disease and diabetes within the world has to be partially attributed to the high level of processed food that we eat in every day society. In order to challenge this we need to step back and reflect on a time when people ate for sheer nutrition and not for pleasure and understand why we are going so wrong.

So what should you eat?



  • Coconut oil
  • Avocado Oil


  • Chicken
  • Turkey
  • Duck
  • Ostrich
  • Beef
  • Lamb
  • Pork
  • And anything out that big ocean…


Do I need to list them? Eat the rainbow…
